Who we are
Mushor is one of the leading engineering firms in Egypt. We realize our client’s visions through innovative engineering solutions and longstanding experience.
Mushor was established in 2004 as an individual company with the trade name “Vision In Design” by a group of Egyptian Architects, Urban Planners, and Civil Engineers working in the construction industry since 50 years ago.
We re-established the company in 2014 as an Egyptian joint-stock corporation after alliances with Urban Edge USA under the trade name CDC “Consultant Designer Corporation.”
In 2015 we started to open extra branches in the Middle East and gulf and restructured the company to become Mushor for Engineering Consultancy and Project Management.

Dr. Waleed El-Mallah
Founder, President & CEO
Waleed Abd Elrahman Elmallah, born in Cairo, Egypt, graduated from LCS 6 of October University High Institute of Engineering in 2000 with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering construction and Building Department. Before graduation, he was engaged in 1994 as an assistant engineer in a contracting firm. Upon graduation, he was engaged as part of the construction supervision team in a contracting firm. He received his high diploma in Construction Project Management from Helwan University in 2003. He formed a business partnership, Technical Contracting Company, which evolved into one of Egypt’s leading construction firms in 2004. He received his Master’s degree in Construction Project Management from Atlantic International University, USA, in 2013. He founded several engineering and trading companies during the period from 2009 to 2015. He joined a PhD program at Brachiam International University, Spain, in June 2013. He received a PhD degree in Civil Engineering in 2017. Dr El-Mallah has received many memberships of excellence from international organizations and Syndicates. He is a member of Construction Specification Institute CSI - USA, Project Management Institute PMI - USA, Federation of Arab Engineers, General Union for International Arbitration Advisers, General Union for Information Security Experts and The International Organization for Arbitration. Dr El-Mallah get a fellowship from International Federation of Consulting Engineers FIDIC “Fédération Internationale Des Ingénieurs-Conseils” in Geneva, Switzerland in 2016. Dr El-Mallah attended the asset appraisers course at Cairo University, 2018.Dr El-Mallah resume is rich with numerous distinguished projects ranging from Industrial, Administrative, Healthcare, Hotels and Resorts and Residential across Egypt and MENA region.
