Job Description

MUSHOR Seeking an HR Supervisor to manage and oversee all human resources functions and activities for our organization. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of all HR disciplines, including but not limited to recruitment, benefits, compensation, employee relations, and training and development. They will be a strategic thinker who can see the big picture and develop creative solutions to complex problems. The HR Supervisor will be a trusted advisor to senior leadership and a champion for our company culture. If you are a passionate and driven HR professional.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for talent acquisition and recruitment processes , Conducting interviews, recruiting, and vetting new staff.
  • Assisting managers with staff requirements.
  • Identifying and addressing employee requirements regarding performance issues, training, and career growth
  • Performing various administrative tasks and accurately processing paperwork.
  • Counseling staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations
  • Preparing organization chart.
  • Preparing a monthly HR report to the HR Sector head
  • Administer compensation and benefit plans including the development of salary structures.
  • Responsible for creating and updating job descriptions.
  • Organize semi-annual and annual employee performance reviews
  • Knowledge and application of Performance management systems using correct KPIs and competencies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or similar
  • Relevant experience in an HR role for 6 years a minimum.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office, and presentation tools.
  • Excellent administrative skills.
  • Experience in Engineering Firms.
