Job Description
MUSHOR Seeking an HR Supervisor to manage and oversee all human resources functions and activities for our organization. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of all HR disciplines, including but not limited to recruitment, benefits, compensation, employee relations, and training and development. They will be a strategic thinker who can see the big picture and develop creative solutions to complex problems. Responsibilities
- Responsible for talent acquisition and recruitment processes , Conducting interviews, recruiting, and vetting new staff.
- Assisting managers with staff requirements.
- Identifying and addressing employee requirements regarding performance issues, training, and career growth
- Performing various administrative tasks and accurately processing paperwork.
- Counseling staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures.
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Preparing organization chart.
- Preparing a monthly HR report to the HR Sector head
- Administer compensation and benefit plans including the development of salary structures.
- Responsible for creating and updating job descriptions.
- Organize semi-annual and annual employee performance reviews
- Knowledge and application of Performance management systems using correct KPIs and competencies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR or similar
- Relevant experience in an HR role for 6 years a minimum.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competency in Microsoft Office, and presentation tools.
- Excellent administrative skills.
- Experience in Engineering Firms.
