Job Description
An Executive Secretary provides high-level administrative support to executives and senior management, ensuring that office operations run efficiently and effectively. They handle a wide range of tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence. Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, arrangements for the CEO.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Screen and direct calls, emails, and other forms of communication, ensuring effective information flow.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
