An Executive Secretary provides high-level administrative support to executives and senior management, ensuring that office operations run efficiently and effectively. They handle a wide range of tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence. Their role requires a combination of organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, arrangements for the CEO.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Screen and direct calls, emails, and other forms of communication, ensuring effective information flow.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Professional Appearance
  • Good Command of English
  • Bachelor Degree of Commerce or equivalent
